Case Studies
Dungeons and Dragons Character Logo
– A logo to represent a D&D character that consisted of a half-sun and half-blackhole swirl.
Thought Process
– Half-sun part should have an edge to it
– Half-blackhole swirl should vary in thickness
– Originally gave the background the color of Tyrian purple
Results
– Presented the logo who asked for the background color to be changed to a blood-red color
– Changed the background color to ensure it fit my friend’s ideal shade and he likes it
Business Card Example
– Business card template to represent a coffee cafe
– Colors requested were: Dusty blue, brown, gray-blue
– Coffee beans for a phone number, address, and email

– Let the dusty blue color flow and add circles instead of harsh lines
– Latte art to give it more character
– Add a swirl for the steam that would come from fresh hot coffee
– Leave space for the name of the business
Results
